MFD A 42 Acoustic Single-Leaf Fire Door

Description

Acoustic features can be applied to our fire exit doors in spaces with sound insulation. The difference between these doors and standard fire doors is the special guillotine details applied under the door, which ensure fire safety while also absorbing high noise levels from outside and reducing sound transmission to the desired levels. 42dB Acoustic fire doors are manufactured using 150 kg/m3 rock wool, 30 mm, fire-resistant plasterboard (2 pieces), 128 kg/m3 ceramic wool 6 mm internal filling, recessed guillotine at the bottom of the door, and surface guillotine applied to the door.

Apart from sound insulation in acoustic fire doors;
the air passage from the interior to the exterior and from the exterior to the interior is prevented in fire doors with a bottom guillotine. This helps save energy in heating systems during winter and cooling systems during summer.
On fire doors with a door guillotine, it prevents dust and smoke from entering through the bottom of the door. It provides a sterile environment for individuals sensitive to dust.
Light seeping through the bottom of the door is prevented on fire doors with a bottom door guillotine. It enhances living comfort in hotel-like rest areas.
Sheet Metal Boxes In fire doors with a door bottom guillotine, it prevents the passage of insect-like creatures that may come from under the door.
There are no mechanisms or heights on the surface, so it does not pose a problem for disabled individuals passing through the fire door.
