MFD ECO 90 Single-Leaf Fire Door

Description
These doors can be equipped with a special “panic-proof” lock, which can be opened by pressing the handle. This system is designed to allow doors to be opened from the inside as much as possible, while preventing them from being opened from the outside. These systems are called panic bar fire doors. Escape doors are a point of vulnerability, because they can be used to gain unauthorized access to the building.
Anti-panic systems are a noteworthy development because they help protect the building from unexpected visitors through emergency exit doors.
When equipping the door with a simple electric lock, be sure to consider the lock’s compliance with fire regulations. If the power is turned off, the lock should immediately go into the open position.
Emergency exit doors can only be approved for installation if the lock works this way.
Auto sliding door models are also used as emergency doors. In an emergency, such a door slides apart and also folds up, creating an even larger passage.
It is not uncommon for an emergency door to be used in conjunction with an access control system.
